Little Havana Walking Food Tour
The Little Havana Walking Food Tour is a guided journey through the rich history and culinary attractions of this historically Cuban neighborhood of Miami. Participants will visit locally-owned restaurants and will be invited to sample traditional Cuban offerings such as picadillo-stuffed empanadas, Cuban sandwiches, guava pastelitos, and tropical fruit ice cream. During multiple stops participants will be offered the equivalent of a full lunch. A visit to Little Havana would not be complete without a visit to the neighborhood’s cigar rollers where participants will observe the art of cigar rolling, meet local artisans, and learn about their distinctive work.

Vizcaya Museum and Gardens Tour
Vizcaya was built in the early 1900s as the winter residence of the industrial executive James Deering. The beautiful Italian villa-style property has been thoughtfully preserved, and guests will be guided through 34 decorated rooms, showcasing more than 2,500 art objects and furnishings—many Italian in origin. This National Historic Landmark also offers ten acres of formal gardens, a significant orchid collection totaling 2,000 specimens, and 25 acres of endangered primary growth forests. During a self-guided tour of the gardens, participants will see historic fountains mixed with more contemporary decorations. For decades, Vizcaya has served as the unofficial diplomatic seat of Miami-Dade County and welcomed such dignitaries as Pope John Paul II, Queen Elizabeth II, and Presidents Reagan and Clinton.
