Presidents Institute Cancellation Policy Please note that CIC requires full payment by check or credit card at the time of registration. Refunds of the registration fee (less a $50 processing fee) will be given for cancellations received in writing no later than December 3, 2014. Refund requests received between December 4 and December 13 will incur a charge equal to 25 percent of the total registration fee. Requests received after December 13, 2014, and “no shows” are ineligible for a refund.
