The per person registration fee of $725, which covers the cost of a hotel room, conference meals, and program materials, will be waived for the first three team members of NetVUE institutions. Up to two additional team members may register at the institution’s expense on a space-available basis. Please note that each team must include the president, chief academic officer, or another officer at the vice-presidential level. Participants are expected to make their own hotel reservations, and participating institutions are expected to pay for the travel expenses of all team members. Early registration is encouraged as space is limited. The team leader can register the first three team members online using the team leader’s login and password. If you do not have a CIC password or cannot recall it, please use the “Forgot Your Password?” link. If you are not signed up in the CIC system, please use the “Sign Up as a New Contact” link. Confirmation of your registration will automatically be sent by email. If you do not receive an email confirmation within ten days, contact Lynne Spoelhof, NetVUE administrative assistant, by phone at (616) 526-7819 or by email at email@example.com. Fourth and Fifth Team Member Application Institutions may apply to send fourth and fifth team members at the institution’s expense on a space-available basis. The registration fee for additional team members is: For conference materials, meals, and a single hotel room: $725 per person; For conference materials, meals, and a double hotel room shared with one of the first three registered participants: $400 per person. Registration Changes and Cancellations Because CIC has made prior commitments to the hotel for lodging, meals, and meeting space, it will be helpful to make changes in conference registrations as far in advance as possible. Please send cancellation or substitution requests in writing to Lynne Spoelhof, NetVUE administrative assistant, by fax to (616) 526-7758 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than February 15, 2015. Cancellations made after February 15, 2015, will incur a $50 cancellation fee.Please note that hotel reservations must be cancelled directly with the hotel. Hotel rooms not cancelled by March 23, 2015, will be the responsibility of the institution.
