Registration Fees Early-Bird(by March 13) Regular(by April 3) First registrant $310 $335 Each additional registrant $210 $235 Spouse or guest $150 $175 Cancellation Policy Please note that CIC requires full payment by check or credit card at the time of registration. Refunds of the registration fee will be given for cancellations received, in writing, no later than April 10, 2015. Requests received after April 10 and “no shows” will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. All refunds will be paid after the conference.
