Registration Information

 
The cost of the program, hotel rooms, meals, and materials for up to three team members of NetVUE institutions will be covered by CIC. Each team must include either the president, chief academic officer, or another officer at the vice-presidential level.
 
Participating institutions are expected to make their own hotel reservations and pay for the travel expenses of team members. Early registration is encouraged as space is limited.
 
To register the first three team members, the team leader should use online registration. (To add a fourth team member, please complete the paper form.) To register online you will need the team leader’s login and password. If you do not have a CIC password or cannot recall it, please use the “Forgot Your Password?” link. If you are not signed up in the CIC system, please use the “Sign Up as a New Contact” link.
 
After you complete the team’s registration, please select the “Pay by Check” option (this completes your complimentary registration). Confirmation of your registration will automatically be sent by email. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact Lynne Spoelhof, NetVUE administrative assistant, at (616) 526-7819 or by email at netvue@cic.nche.edu to verify that your registration has been received. Registration Changes and Cancellations
Because CIC has made prior commitments to the hotel for lodging, meals, and meeting space, it will be helpful to make changes in conference registration as far in advance as possible. Please send cancellation or substitution requests in writing to Lynne Spoelhof, NetVUE administrative assistant, by fax to (616) 526-8302 or by email to netvue@cic.nche.edu no later than February 1, 2013.

Please note that hotel reservations should be canceled directly with the hotel.
 

Fourth Team Member Registration
Institutions may register a fourth team member at the institution’s expense on a space-available basis. The registration fee for a fourth team member is:
  • For conference materials, meals, and a single hotel room: $650
  • For conference materials, meals and a shared hotel room: $300
To register a fourth team member, please complete the paper form and submit it with a check payable to “CIC” or credit card information to:
