Registration Information

To ensure timely preparation of accurate and complete conference materials, please register for the Institute by September 30, 2011. Early-bird rates are available through September 9.

There are three ways to register for the 2011 CAO Institute:  

  1. Register online and pay by credit card or by check. 
                                   
    Note: Individuals must be registered one at a time. To register multiple attendees, first register yourself, then use the "someone else" option on the form to register others, such as a chief advancement officer, other administrator, or spouse. 

    If an attendee cannot be found in our database, use Sign Up a New Contact, then proceed with registration.


  2. Complete a paper registration and submit with credit card information by fax to (202) 466-7238 or by mail to the CIC address below.

  3. Complete a paper registration and mail with check payment to:

Email confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of payment. If you do not receive confirmation within 10 days of payment, please inquire.

Registration for Spouses

Spouses/partners of chief academic officers and chief advancement officers are invited to register for the meeting for a special registration fee of $175. This fee includes the opening reception and buffet on November 5, breakfasts Sunday through Tuesday mornings, November 6–8, and the Welcome Coffee on Sunday morning, November 6. While no formal program is being offered during the Institute, spouses/partners will have a meeting room where they can gather to make new friends and greet old ones or plan activities in the St. Petersburg Beach area.


CIC Conference Registration and Cancellation Policy

 

Please note that CIC requires full payment by check or credit card at the time of registration, and registration confirmation will be sent only upon receipt of payment. You should receive confirmation of your registration within a week. Refunds of the registration fee (less a $50 processing fee) will be given for cancellations received, in writing, no later than October 1, 2011. Refund requests received between October 2 and October 25 will incur a charge equal to 25 percent of the total registration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after October 25, 2011. All refunds will be paid after the meeting.
