NEW QUESTIONS. NEW CHALLENGES.
Online Workshop for Presidents Only
This two-hour virtual meeting (2:00–4:00 p.m. EDT) is an opportunity for CIC member presidents to explore how public perceptions, questions, and myths about higher education have changed in the past year—and which longstanding myths still need busting through informal exchanges with members of the community. The workshop will focus on emerging trends but also consider the long-term evidence that small private colleges are highly effective.
The workshop will be offered via Zoom and include a mix of brief presentations, live polling, plenary discussions, and breakout discussions with small groups of peers. Registrants will be asked to complete a brief survey in advance to help provide context for the highly interactive program.
Space is limited and advance registration is required. The registration deadline is
April 22, 2021. Other workshops have different registration deadlines.
There is no charge for this workshop, which is supported by the Henry Luce Foundation, EAB, Sage Scholars Inc., and Sodexo. The workshop is cohosted by Paul Pribbenow, President, Augsburg University.
