Instructions for Completing the Form:
  1. For proper tracking of applications and for security reasons, accessing the application form requires authentication. To review the application form and to submit an application, please use the Sign In link at the top of the page to sign in with your username (institutional email address) and CIC password. If you do not know your CIC password, you can retrieve your password online (If you do not have an account, you will be prompted to create one).

  2. Next, please be prepared to submit a nomination package (Word or PDF documents) consisting of the following: (1) nomination letter from the president; (2) nominee's curriculum vitae; and (3) nominee's statement explaining his or her interest in and potential for a presidency in higher education.
