CIC Conference Registration and Cancellation Policies

Please note that CIC requires full payment within 30 days of completing your online registration or by the registration deadline, Monday, October 3, whichever is earliest. Refunds of the registration fee (less a $50 processing fee) will be given for cancellations received, in writing (including email), no later than October 3, 2022. Refund requests received between October 4 and October 24 will incur a charge equal to 25 percent of the total registration fee. No refunds will be issued after October 24, 2022. All refunds will be issued after the Institute. Please send cancellation notifications in writing to CIC by email at
