  2. Mailing a check payable to “Council of Independent Colleges,” with memo indication for the CAO Institute and a printout of your registration information, to:

Registration for Spouses and Partners

There is a separate registration fee for spouses and partners of CAOs, CFOs, and CEMOs who wish to participate in the concurrent Spouses and Partners Program. The program includes the opening reception and buffet dinner, all plenary and concurrent sessions (unless otherwise indicated), a welcoming coffee hour, breakfast discussions, a presentation on St. Louis’ history, along with a few concurrent sessions especially for spouses and partners. Spouses and partners who wish to attend only specific events such as the welcoming buffet dinner or the optional trip should sign up for those activities on the registration form and not register for the full Institute.

CIC Conference Registration and Cancellation Policies

Please note that CIC requires full payment by check or credit card at the time of registration, and registration confirmation will be sent only upon receipt of payment.

Refunds of the registration fee (less a $50 processing fee) will be granted for cancellations received in writing no later than October 4, 2018. Refund requests received between October 5 and October 23 will incur a charge equal to 25 percent of the total registration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after October 23, 2018. All refunds will be paid after the Institute.
