For proper tracking of applications and for security reasons, accessing the application form requires authentication. To review the application form and to submit an application, please use the Sign In link at the top of the page to sign in with your username (institutional email address) and CIC password. If you do not know your CIC password, you can retrieve your password online (If you do not have an account, you will be prompted to create one).

Institutions may apply to send fourth and fifth team members at the institution’s expense on a space-available basis. The registration fee for additional team members is:
  • For conference materials, meals, and a single hotel room: $800 per person; or
  • For conference materials, meals, and a double hotel room shared with another registered campus team member: $450 per person.
If space is available and additional team member(s) are accepted, the team leader will be asked to complete the registration and pay for the additional team member(s) after December 9, 2016.
