November Institute for CAOs, CSAOs Will Focus on Students’ Civic Participation

CIC’s 2017 Institute for Chief Academic and Chief Student Affairs Officers will explore the theme “Preparing All Students for Civic Participation” November 4–7, in San Antonio, Texas. Presenters will provide guidance and concrete examples for CAOs and CSAOs to consider on how to make the most of limited resources; solve enrollment, financial, and accountability challenges; encourage students’ vocational exploration; improve students’ persistence to graduation; increase diversity and inclusion on campus; and interact with students on social media. The Institute is offered in cooperation with NASPA–Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education and ACPA–College Student Educators International. Read the full article
