Independent Newsletter

CIC’s Independent newsletter, published since 1956, includes information on CIC’s recent and upcoming programs and services as well as a column on higher education issues, news briefs on higher education research, and news highlights from member institutions. The newsletter is published four times a year. The fall and spring issues are released in both print and online formats; two additional issues—featuring special coverage of CIC’s annual Presidents Institute and Institute for Chief Academic Officers—are online exclusives.
