TEP Application Forms

Application forms for CIC's Tuition Exchange Program (TEP) for both the 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 academic years are available online below.

Annual Report Form (To report exchanges in 2007-2008)
The annual report form allows CIC to record all exports and imports among participating institutions. All participating institutions are asked to return this form by November 16, 2007.

Registration Form (For exchanges in 2008-2009)
Each participating institution must register annually by filling out the TEP registration form and paying the annual fee of $350

Student Application Form (For exchanges in 2008-2009)
This application form should be sent from the Liaison Officer at the home/exporting institution to the Liaison Officer at the host/importing institution for determining acceptance to the CIC-TEP.
