Each year at the Institute for Chief Academic Officers, new CAOs have an opportunity to participate in a workshop led by experienced colleagues that is designed to meet the needs of those in their first year of office. Previous New CAO Workshops have included case studies presented by experienced CAOs, an open mike session, and rountable discussions on critical issues facing new CAOs, such as budget and faculty development.
