Please provide the information requested above for each of the persons
you expect would be a member of your campus team, if your institution
were selected to participate in the workshop. Your team may consist of
up to five people, one of whom must be a vice president with budget authority.
Briefly indicate why each member of the proposed workshop team is important
in the planning process by describing their responsibilities on campus,
their potential to follow up on plans, and their ability to implement
ideas.
In no more than two pages, describe the status of your current planning
for new or renovated learning spaces including who is involved in the
process, your thoughts about how to revise specific spaces, and any preliminary
visions of how the new learning spaces will serve the institution’s
goals for student learning.
B. PROJECT AND PLANS
Please answer each of the following three questions
in one page or less:
1. How are information technologies now enhancing student learning on
your campus? (Who is using what, and where?)
2. Describe the potential of information technologies to enhance student
learning in the future at your institution.
3. How do your current spaces inhibit or support the effective use of
learning technologies?
